Assassin created a new topic Queensland, Australia in the forum.I have noticed over the past few years that when it comes to a lot of epic battles there are a lot of fighters that keep fighting each other. Are fighters in Australia REALLY that limited for choice. There are fighters that have fought each other 4 or 5 times!
People say that the fans seem to love it - I think that is because the majority of the crowd are family and friends and friends of friends, etc. The others are just going along because they are representing their gyms.
I know that there have been a lot of rematches in the fight game - but more at the elite level - the VERY best of the best. I think the promoters should give the younger guys a shot to take on the bigger names. I seriously don't think that they are as stuck for choice as may say they are.
Who knows, maybe the majority of the fans love it, but I am sick of it. If we want to take the fight game into the future and into the mainstream media (which will provide more money through sponsorship and broadcast rights, etc) we have to stop matching fights with the same fighters. It is starting to feel like groundhog day whenever I go to a fight show now!
No wonder why all the same faces are there over and over!

I have the best kids. Come home from work n Tash was very sick on the couch that she couldn't move . They feed them selves looked after Tash with water n blankets. Even put the little one to bed.

While I have a moment I'd like to wish my beautiful wife Tash a very Merry Christmas. I know I'm not perfect and I can be a handful at sometimes but u stand by me threw think n thin . You work hard running your own hair salon as well as take great care of us without asking for anything in return . I couldn't ask for a better life partner , wife and mother to my 3 great boys .
Merry Christmas baby and my 2012 be our best year yet.
